NICOLAS TEISSERENC
Nicolas, CEO of Poinciana, has a diverse international background. A French native based in Paris, he has lived in Europe and Africa. With over 15 years in media and communication his focus on African business news deepened at Jeune Afrique. Transitioning to consulting, he specialized in press relations, advising companies and senior executives. In 2016, he founded Poinciana, leveraging his extensive knowledge and experience.
THIBAUT CABRERA
Thibaut Cabrera, a senior consultant, specializes in strategy and communication with a focus on Africa. His education in global affairs and strategic communication has laid a strong foundation for his career. Thibaut has bridged public and private sectors, holding positions at the French embassy in the U.S. and Jeune Afrique Media Group. In 2022, he joined Poinciana, playing a key role in its growth by bringing innovative strategies and leadership skills.
KADIDIATOU TOURÉ GLIN
Wtih 15 years of experience in strategic, institutional, and development communications (C4D) in France and Côte d’Ivoire, Kadidiatou has been working with organizations like the Millennium Challenge Corporation, the European Union, and Côte d’Ivoire's Ministry of Water and Forests. Recently, as Regional Communications Manager for AFD in 8 West African countries, she enhanced visibility and influence with innovative media and partner engagement.
Tidiane Dioh est consultant international. Il a travaillé pendant 20 ans à l'Organisation internationale de la Francophonie, où il a dirigé les Programmes d'appui aux médias, puis ceux dédiés aux politiques culturelles. Tidiane Dioh à été enseignant à la Sorbonne nouvelle à Paris et à l'université Senghor d'Alexandrie. Il a aussi été journaliste à Jeune Afrique et à la chaîne de télévision TV5 Monde. Il est l'auteur de nombreux articles et ouvrages, notamment d'une "Histoire de la télévision en Afrique noire francophone, des origines à nos jours".
THULE ZWANE
A stakeholder engagement expert, Thule specializes in media relations with networks in multilateral institutions and NGOs across Africa. With a focus on global and domestic macroeconomic policy, she has worked in South Africa, Ghana, and Mozambique. She started working as an economics correspondent for Mail & Guardian and Business Day, and as an Audience Development Manager for The Conversation Africa, overseeing social media across southern, east, and west Africa.
ROSINE ZADI
A Marketing & Communication professional, Rosine has been acknowledged for reshaping brand identities, orchestrating successful Public Relations campaigns and spearheading winning social media strategies. In addition to her latest corporate experience within one of the leading African Media Groups, Rosine brings several years of entrepreneurship: first as a communication freelancer and then as the co-founder of Nakiri Rights, an innovative company in the publishing industry.
DAVID BRIAND
David is a business intelligence consultant specializing in the extractive sectors in Africa. He is the co-founder of the Canadian blog Minière Africaine. With extensive experience spanning both the private and public sectors, David advises clients on risk management, business development, and public relations. He is a member of the Interdisciplinary Research Center on Africa and the Middle East (CIRAM) at Laval University.
